This edition’s savory tid bit is all about our partnering with Old Elk Distillery. Old Elk graciously hosted our Team to hand select a barrel of bourbon that can exclusively be found at Ace Gillett’s, Ace Café, and The Armstrong Hotel. Nothing goes better with a glass of whiskey than a good laugh, and the crew learned just how silly the words can be in the world of distilling. We are thrilled to announce that Ace Gillett’s is officially certified by Larimer County to “Level Up” - allowing us to open indoor dining at 25% capacity! Beginning Thursday January 7th, Ace's will be open on Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings from 4pm-10pm with Happy Hour from 4pm-6pm. Last call under the current restrictions will be 10pm. We will also have our house DJ Shaun Nolan spinning vinyl all three nights from 6pm-10pm.
