Join us from March 1 – March 14, 2026, when Downtown Fort Collins will be abuzz with delectable culinary creations while contributing to a meaningful cause. With 100% of the proceeds from the donation collection during the celebration benefiting the Food Bank for Larimer County, this celebration is not just about savoring delicious meals but also making a tangible difference in our community. Every dollar donated allows the Food Bank to provide two meals to those in need, underscoring the profound impact of this initiative.

Seared Scallops
Delicately seared scallops served with a silky celeriac puree, black garlic emulsion, garlic crumb, and finished with a truffle-mushroom foam.

Chicken Roulade
Tender chicken roulade stuffed with gruyere, artichoke, sundried tomatoes, prosciutto, and Spanish flavors. Served alongside creamy risotto.
