Every month Ace Gillett’s features a local non-profit. On the first Thursday of each month, we will kick-off the cause of the month by donating 10% of our profits directly to the featured non-profit. Ace Gillett’s will also have a signature cocktail of the month curated by our bartenders in partnership with the non-profit.
