Julie’s sound is most influenced by the traditions of jazz and blues. Key inspirations include Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Anita O’Day, Carole King, and Joni Mitchell. A pianist since the age of 7, Julie often accompanies herself as a solo performer in both jazz and pop/rock styles. She is a lifelong learner and constantly seeking a deeper, more meaningful understanding of her art.

Join us for the iconic Mark Sloniker on piano at Ace Gillett's! Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Mark has made music in many diverse settings over the course of his life. From solo piano performances to jazz trios/quartets to symphony orchestra concerts, Mark has played and recorded in the U.S. and abroad.
