Every month Ace Gillett’s features a local non-profit. On the first Thursday of each month, we will kick-off the cause of the month by donating 10% of our profits directly to the featured non-profit. Ace Gillett’s will also have a signature cocktail of the month curated by our bartenders in partnership with the non-profit. For every signature cocktail purchased throughout the month, Ace Gillett’s will donate a portion to the featured non-profit.

August Featured Non-Profit: SAVA Center

SAVA (Sexual Abuse Victim Advocate) Center was created to ensure Northern Coloradoans live full, vibrant lives that are free from sexual violence. They provide no-cost advocacy and trauma-focused therapy to survivors ages three and up, as well as their loved ones, along with youth-focused prevention programming throughout Northern Colorado.

Whether someone reaches out in the first hours after an assault or years down the road, their message is the same: you matter, and we believe you. With offices in Fort Collins and Greeley, and a 24/7 hotline, they meet survivors where they are, offering support that’s trauma-focused, survivor-centered, and rooted in dignity.

Their mission is to support survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones, through trauma-focused advocacy, therapy, and prevention education.
