COVID-19 Update

May 15, 2020 Update

Just like you, we are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19. We are anxiously awaiting guidelines from the Governor’s office that will be announced on May 25 on the states plans for reopening of restaurants safely. Once we are able to reopen our doors, our updated policies and procedures will follow recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the State of Colorado and Larimer County Health Department. We want to ensure that you are confident in our approach to your health & safety and that we are taking this seriously and have your well-being at heart.

Please help us keep our community safe by being socially responsible and adhering to recommendations and guidelines provided by state and local health officials. We look forward to welcoming you safely to Ace Gillett’s Super Club & Lounge soon!

Sincerely,

March 16, 2020 Update

Hospitality is about putting people first and ensuring the wellbeing of our employees, guests, and community. To support our community’s efforts to fight the spread of COVID-19, we will be closing Ace Gillett’s Lounge beginning March 17 through June 3. While it is our passion to bring people together, we had to confront the reality that our purpose could be a threat to the health and safety of our community.

By facing the storm today, we hope to return to serving our guests and community sooner rather than later. We cannot wait for that time.

Sincerely,

George Prine

General Manger

March 13, 2020 Update

Hospitality is about being on your side. It’s about putting our people first and ensuring the wellbeing of our employees, guests, and communities. With that as our guide, and in response to the current COVID-19, or coronavirus, we wanted to update you on how we’re staying on top of it at Ace Gillett’s.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.  On a daily basis, we are working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our restaurant’s health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures. Specific steps we are taking include:

  • We’ve added extra requirements and increased frequency for disinfecting surfaces and deep cleaning throughout the day.
  • Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, our teams are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It’s important for their health and that of our guests.
  • We’re consistently emphasizing the importance of the health and well-being of our team members. Rest assured; we’ll be taking care of our team during this time.
  • We will continue to follow updates and protocol suggested by the CDC, local Departments of Public Health, and World Health Organization to best ensure the safety of our guests and team members.

As this is a fluid situation, we may adjust hours or modifying our operations. There may even be moments where we may have to temporarily choose to close if we feel it’s in the interest of the safety of our team and community.

As always, we’re thankful for the privilege to serve you.
