Executive Chef Verona Vidano

Born and raised in Argentina’s large, cosmopolitan capital city (Buenos Aires), Verona has been passionate about the food craft industry since her early years. After completing her diploma in pastry and confectionery at the age of 18, she spent the next decade pursuing many passions, eventually making her way to Colorado State University to pursue a degree in chemistry.

After relocating to Colorado, Verona began to dive deeper into her enthusiasm for food, which lead her to take a position as the Executive Chef for the Foote’s Rest Sweet Shop & Eatery in Frisco Colorado.

Verona has now been working for Ace Gillett’s Lounge in Fort Collins, Colorado for the past 2 years, and has recently accepted the position of Executive Chef.
